The staff was VERY FRIENDLY AND ACCOMMODATING. I called the guy and he gave same day service. I can't say enough good things about his courteous and respectful service. The reason I gave 4 stars was that there were several places where the stains didn't come up. It seems they did come up in some places.. which led me to believe it might of been possible to get them up with a little perseverance. Overall it did look a lot better and I'm very thankful he came out the same day I called.

Super fast, yet efficient, and AFFORDABLE! Wally was super friendly and nice. He took the time to explain everything to me as this was my family's first time utilizing these services and made sure that I understood what he would be doing and how the system worked. He did a thorough check of the carpets before beginning and allowed me do a walk thru with him when he was halfway through so that I could see the difference. I will definitely be using them again and I recommend them to anyone in need of carpet cleaning.
